Notice is hereby given that, with the exception of the first meeting in January 2013 which will be held Wednesday, January 3, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., the Regular Meetings of the Helen City Commission will be conducted on the first Tuesday of each month at 10:00 a.m. and the third Tuesday of each month at 3:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers located at City Hall, 25 Alpenrosen Strasse, Helen, Georgia. The meetings will commence at 10:00 a.m. or 3:00 p.m. and continue until the business at hand has been completed. The first meeting for January will be rescheduled to Wednesday January 2, 2013 because of the January 1, 2013 Holiday.

The following will be the dates for the 10:00 a.m. Meetings:
January 2, 2013, February 5, 2013, March 5, 2013, April 2, 2013, May 7, 2013, June 4, 2013, July 2, 2013, August 6, 2013, September 3, 2013, October 1, 2013, November 5, 2013 and December 3, 2013.

The following will be the dates for the 3:00 p.m. Meetings:
January 15, 2013, February 19, 2013, March 19, 2013, April 16, 2013, May 21, 2013, June 18, 2013, July 16, 2013, August 20, 2013, September 17, 2013, October 15, 2013, November 19, 2013 and December 17, 2013.
