The link below will allow City of Helen citizens to pay their utility bills online. Utility bills include water, sewer, and /or garbage.The secure website SecureUtilities.com is approved by the City of Helen but is not part of the City of Helen website. Citizens visiting the website for the first time should click "Register Account" to begin the process.
The utiity bills are due on the 25th of each month. A 10% penalty will be assessed after the 25th.
