The City of Helen would like to inform you that automatic bank draft payments are now available for your utility bill. Complete the form and return it to Helen City Hall along with a check or a deposit slip to sign up. If you have any questions, please call 706-878-2733, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Debit Authorization Form
Beginning with the July billing, the City of Helen will no longer send out late notices for past due water/sewer/garbage bills. As always, bills are due by the 25th of the month. A 10% late fee will be added for unpaid balances on the 26th. The account will be cut off if not paid by the 5th of the next month. If you have any questions, please call Helen City Hall at 706-878-2733, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
